At Access Denied, we want you to be fully satisfied with your streetwear; if your fit isn't right, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and the garments are in their original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the 'Access Denied' security tags are intact and the invoice is included.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return for quality compliance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
